Economic Externality in the American Economy

I have always been fascinated by the idea of economic externality.

I have thought about the problem for awhile. Some of the work at GS1 involves the data. The Internet of Things movement has examined the calculation.

It is a very difficult problem. Maybe there is a solution but it will be complex.

There needs to be more work in understanding economic externality for agriculture.
