Though it has not yet been announced, the accepted papers for the 2010 Internet of Things (Tokyo) conference, Nov. 29 - Dec. 1, will be organized into the following tracks:
Green IoT
Mobile IoT
Business Applications
RFID Technology
IoT Development
Web of Things
Besides the above tracks, there are workshops, demonstrations, round tables, and panel discussions. In all, there is a great deal of variety.
I think many of the papers in these tracks are extremely interesting and help to define the emerging area of the Internet of Things. It is only through conferences like ioT2010 that academics and industry can carry forward the enormous job of defining the next stage of Internet development.
