I have spent a fair amount of time today attempting to access the USDA - ARS web site. It appears to be completely down!
I can reach the USDA, however, nothing appears for USDA ARS.
This is so strange! I am currently doing research for a proposal involving Eden's Bowl, Inc. and need to gain access to the USDA ARS web site.
